Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING
  1. After the required info is provided in English, allow 7 business days to process your order.
  2. Expect an email within 24 hours of order dispatch to let you know your order is on the way.
  3. Once your order ships, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
  1. When ordering goods from Angry Miao for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. Angry Miao is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and Angry Miao cannot predict the value of these charges. For additional information on custom/duties policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.
  2. If a refund request is approved, the total refund amount will not include postage, import duties, tax, etc.
  3. We offer international shipping via FedEx/DHL to the following countries/regions with an estimated delivery time of 7-12 business days. The choice of carrier is solely at our discretion.
Asia: Japan, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, South Korea, Taiwan, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Israel, Indonesia, Qatar, India, Brunei, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Macao, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Cambodia.
Oceania: Australia, New Zealand.
Europe: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Ireland, Czechia, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary.
North America: Canada, United States.
South America: Chile.
North Atlantic: Iceland.
  1. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  2. Since the delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond our control, Angry Miao cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
  3. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
